Born in the French Alps in Annecy, Laurent Bonjour of Cheese Corner will share with you
his epicurian love for cheeses. Whether made with goat, cow or sheep milk, he will tell you
about all its legends and little secrets.. Discover the world of Fromages, its tastes, flavors
and even health benefits!... You will notably discover Cabra Penamacor, a unique goat
cheese from Portugal that has a delicate creamy texture and a mild nutty flavor.. You will
definitely get a sense of the words Terroir and A.O.C...
