identified in wine... so far! These molecules, in varying
mixes and quantities, create a whole array of different
aromas... Some of these wine aromas are primary, they
are the expression of soil or climate. Some are
secondary, developed during the winemaking process
(fermentation). Then come tertiary aromas as a result of
ageing.

wine is very personal and subjective. If you like one
specific wine, then that is a good wine for you! Wine
critic's scores are only the critic's personal opinion. It is

judged by a panel - medals awarded are that panel's
opinion). We all have our opinions and yours is just as
