Located near Fronsac, Chateau Cadillac dates back to the 17th century (one of the oldest in Bordeaux), and overlooks a majestic
estate covering 185 acres made of very old vines. The property is made of a clay/limestone plateau (20%) and "molasses du
Fronsardais" on the slopes (80%). An intense nose of spicy aromas (pepper, cinnamon) and red berries. Oak flavors with notes
of cocoa and toasted bread. Soft on the palate with vanilla and toasted aromas, silky tannins on the finish. Great length!
