TICKET POLICY
Due to high demand and limited event size, most events require advanced payment
upon registration. After your payment is processed, you automatically receive a
confirmation email from Paypal. Your name will be on the check-in list, with the
number of guests if any, and you do not need to bring any printouts.
When you purchase tickets, your personal information including credit card number
is encrypted using the same protocols used by sites like Amazon.com and
Zappos.com. In addition, we do not store your information locally.
If you have any questions regarding the purchase of your tickets, please email at
tickets@lawinetasting.com. Do not contact the event location as they are not in
charge of tickets sales.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A refund or credit for the amount paid minus a $12 cancellation fee per ticket is
allowed if cancellation is received with a minimum of 96 hours (4 days) before the
event starting time. No refund or credit past 96 hours (4 days) before the event
starting time. No exceptions. A name change can however be done anytime!
WARNING & WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY
By signing up to a wine event you are stating that you are 21 and of legal drinking
age. ID is required for all attendees. You are signing up for an educational
experience and agree not to drive if you are over the legal limit. You are entirely
responsible for your actions (prior to, during and following consumption of alcohol)
and will not hold LAWineTasting.com or partners liable for them. A taxi can be called
for your convenience. We thank you for your understanding.
RIGHT TO USE LIKENESS
Photographs are often taken at our events. We reserve the right to use pictures taken
for promotional purposes (e-mailing, website postings). If you do not wish your
picture to be used, just let us know.
