views from Evo South's rooftop lounge!
While you listen to loungy tunes spun by DJ Lyesse from Paris,
enjoy artisan cheeses from the region of Normandy.. including of
course the legendary Camembert A.O.C. but also many other
specialties from the area such as Pont L'Eveque presented and
explained by Laurent Bonjour from The Cheese Corner. Each of
the 5 cheeses will be paired with small production wines
cherry-picked from neighboring wine-producing regions (Loire
and Bordeaux.. the closest ones!).. including Domaine Moreux
Sancerre, Chateau Saint Valery Saint Emilion Grand Cru (from
the great 2005 vintage!) and more to come!
Paired with the refreshing taste of Cidre Normand (traditional
apple cider), delight also in the culinary richness of Brittany with
traditionally-made dessert crepes, executed in front of you by
expert chefs from Creme de la Crepe! Each guest will get to
choose 1 dessert crepe from the menu below.
